Request account deletion
If you would like to delete your Athletes Horizon account and associated personal data, you can request deletion by contacting us through our support contact information or by navigating to the settings tab in the app with a delete account button.
What will be deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete your account and personal information associated with the account, subject to any information that we are required to retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account, contact Athletes Horizon Support and include the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your request before processing the deletion.
Data retention
Some information may be retained when required by law or when reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms.
